Denise is the co-founder and co-president of the Quabbin Art Association, a volunteer-based 501 c (3) non-profit organization that provides education, support, and opportunity for local artists and promotes community interest and appreciation in the visual arts. Membership is open to artists and art supporters.

QAA meets monthly with the exception of July and August. The meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month at the Belchertown Town Hall Auditorium. Guests are welcome at all open meetings.
